What Is Embroidery Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo into a file that an embroidery machine can read — like a .DST, .PES, or .EMB file.

But here’s the catch:

  • Auto-generated files often run slow on machines
  • They break threads
  • They create puffy, uneven stitching

We hand-digitize every design using commercial software — tested in our own shop. The result? Clean, fast-running, production-ready stitch files.

What Is Vector Art Conversion?

Vector files (like .SVG, .AI, .PDF) are essential for screen printing, engraving, vinyl, and digital transfers.

Unlike JPGs or PNGs, vector art:

  • Cuts perfectly in plotters and vinyl machines

  • 1-Color Screen Printing: Starting at $6.50 per print
  • Minimum: 24 items
